1.      Booking – Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email. Please provide accurate details for smooth communication.

2.      Confirmation – Bookings are confirmed once our staff responds via email or phone.

3.      Payment –Full payment can be made before the service using cash, bank transfer, Thai QR, Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, WeChat, and other accepted methods.

4.      Cancellation & Rescheduling – Notify us at least 4 hours in advance for changes.

5.      Punctuality – Arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare and relax before your session.
